My dear guests, I want you to know that this apartment is our home. We care about our neighbors and are looking for guests who will be respectful of the neighborhood as well. The apartment is incredibly private, quiet and nicely furnished. I have put a lot of effort into thinking of everything you might need so you are comfortable and feel like all your needs have been met.

The terrace as shown in the photos is NOT included with the apartment but can be rented for a small fee. Prior notice is required so I may clear the stay with my insurance company. The stairs in the photo go up to the separate upper apartment as well as the terrace (secure and locked).
No parties will be allowed unless previously approved and paid for.
***We have cameras in the main entryway downstairs due to past guests sneaking in people for parties, this is no longer tolerated***
The cameras are for security and notifications when there are too many people passing by.

You will find a modern kitchen with comfy bar stool seating. Perfect for breakfast, seats 8 in kitchen There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop and a full kitchen battery, everything you need to make dinner for a large group. I have all the appliances big and small that one might need.

There is a lovely dining alcove (comfortably seats 8) with glass doors that open to the balcony. We have plenty of extra dining chairs.

There are four bedrooms with plenty of closet space. There is room for up to 10 guests to sleep in proper beds (4 of which are queen).

The master bedroom has an "en suite" bathroom.
The second bathroom is a full bathroom complete with a large walk in shower, hot towel bar and toilet.
There is a half bath in the large entry way.
This property has individual AC & heat in each room to customize comfort levels! This is extremely unique in Paris. AC customizable in each room!

There is plenty of natural light in the day and Eiffel Tower views in the evening.
Windows are double glazed and will keep out noise. This apartment is very quiet.

What we want to offer is the chance to experience Paris like a local and live in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by culture and history.
You will save money from renting our home when you are a large group. You get more space for your money and can even cook your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen, enjoy your private balcony and possibly the terrace if you “book” it.

The washer/dryer is just outside in the hall closet and is a large size American style W/D. The washer and dryer are for your use only. There is tons of storage space.

There is absolutely no smoking in the apartment but you can smoke on the large balconies that surround the apartment but please make sure to dispose properly of your butts!!

Other things to note
Our super helpful guardian will be present all week and sometimes on weekends. I am available to you by phone or email 24/7 so please don't hesitate to contact me.

If you need it, we have a rollaway bed, no charge. Baby cot, high chair, potty seat, step stool are also available upon request and may have a cleaning fee applied if not returned clean.
I also have an adult raised toilet seat as well as a shower seat with handles.
Our elevator allows for a wheelchair and everything from street entrance onwards is one level. There are no steps anywhere so walkers, wheelchairs or anyone can get around easily. Both showers are extra large and have plenty of space to maneuver.

We have plenty of toys and books for the kids and little ones (legos, games, tons of small toys, etc).

Neighborhood highlights

Everyone thinks the place to stay is in the center of Paris. This location will prove them wrong. It is bustling during the week and quiet on the weekends and minutes away from many great museums, parks, restaurants, cafes, and beautiful streets. I lived in Paris a long time and the 16th north is still my favorite place to be.
Grocery stores are plentiful in the area as are great cafes.
