Apartment Twelve. Ocean View. Two Double Bedrooms each containing a Double Bed and a Single Bed. The sitting room contains another Single Bed, Air Conditioning, Cable T.V. Kitchen with cooker and Full Size Refridgerator. Two Bathrooms and ocean view. We accommodate children from the age of 10 years old and above only. Our prices include accommodation for five guests. Additional guests are 25 usd per guest per night.

The space
A large, comfortable apartment sleeping seven people. Ideal for families.Two Double Bedrooms each containing a Double Bed and a Single Bed. The apartment also has two bathrooms. The sitting room contains another Single Bed, Air Conditioning, Cable T.V. Kitchen with Full Size Cooker and Full Size Refridgerator. Kettle, Toaster and well equipped kitchen.

We also have a small hotel called Keegan's just a few steps down the beach road so all of our hotel services are available to you. Trips arranged to The Tobago Keys, Castaway beach bbq's in our own boat. Sunset drifting around the bay, fishing and diving with pick up right off the beach (Neptune permitting) Babysitting, free wi fi in the hotel. Bbq every Saturday night.

The phrase 'laid back' could have been invented just for Lower Bay.

I have lived by the beach in Lower Bay all of my life. My family run a Vincentian hotel restaurant and bar a short walk away in the middle of Lower Bay.
