A 350 sq m private villa located at City of Sta Rosa in Laguna. A great place with 3 bedrooms (2 are loft type) and a spacious outdoor amenities with private pool, spacious garden, parking and a covered gazebo perfect for get together and outdoor dining place. Our place is also perfect for some small church retreats, planning, meeting, staycation, overnight stay for weddings, wedding preparations and other special events and celebrations. House is capable of accommodating up to 15 people.

There are nearby stores, mini groceries and restaurant nearby. Soft music & karaoke via youtube is allowed up to 10:00 pm only and is limited inside the house. Lights off at gazebo and pool area at 10:00 pm you may use pinlights after 10:00pm. Pool usage is from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm only(dipping in the pool is allowed beyond 10:00 for normal conversation only~ no more loud noise pls beyond 10pm) Heavy drinkers are not allowed, however for chill drinking, drink maneagably and responsibly and it should be done INSIDE THE FUNCTION HOUSE as there are roving guards and HOA officers, and Barangay checking from midnight ‘til dawn. Penalties shall be apply for violators.

Maximum stay of 22 hrs should be observe. Follow check in time and out at all times.. We implement “CLEAN AS YOU GO” policy in our place. All kitchen utensils are clean when you arrived and we expect that all that you use were organized and clean also as you leave. You may message us for some special requests before and during your stay. Our caretaker will be there during check in, at night before sleeping and the ff. day, 1 hour before check out.
