Comfortable, modern and finely decorated apartment in the brand new Building 535 Barra, with a beautiful view of Praia do Farol da Barra. The apartment has split air conditioning in all rooms, 50" Smart TV, 200Mb Wi-Fi (optical fiber), washing machine and dryer, swimming pool, gym and private parking. Central and privileged location, close to the bustling nightlife of Barra and a few meters from its delicious natural pools and its main tourist spot - Farol da Barra.

The space
The apartment was designed with practicality and the greatest possible comfort for guests, who will have at their disposal a private bathroom, a kitchen combined with the living room and a double bedroom. For guests' rest, the apartment has a queen bed in the double bedroom and a two-seater sofa bed in the living room, as well as two single mattresses and a portable crib. Guests also have extra pillows, microfiber blankets and a hammock on the porch available.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for meals and the following appliances: fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop (electric), electric rice cooker, electric oven type airfry oven, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and water filter.

For guests who appreciate coffee, a Nespresso machine and a traditional electric coffee maker (washable filter) are available in the apartment. Nespresso capsules must be brought by guests or purchased at the Boutique located at Salvador Shopping.

For guests' enjoyment, the apartment has a 50" Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the double bedroom, both of which allow you to watch movies and series on the main streaming services available (NETFLIX, Prime, Telecine Play, etc.). Guests must use their own accounts for these services. Open channels will also be available on both Smart TVs.

The apartment has a private broadband internet signal of 200Mb speed, with wi-fi, allowing guests to watch movies and series on Smart TV and also make videoconferencing calls for those who are at Home Office.

For guests' convenience, an iron and ironing board are available in the apartment, as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom.

For guests' safety, we have a grab bar in the bathroom, CO2 and smoke detector, electronic lock at the entrance door and security cameras in the common areas of the condominium.

Edifício 535 Barra has a semi-Olympic swimming pool for common use (closed on Mondays for maintenance), a Fitness Space (Gym) open 24 hours a day and a private parking space for each apartment.

The beaches of Barra are known for their diversity of public, for having the Nautical Museum - better known as Farol da Barra - and for being the most famous circuit of Salvador's Carnival. The waterfront is filled with sportspeople on the bike path, cycling, running, walking, skating or rollerblading. On the sands there are licensed vendors who sell from coalho cheese to the “capelinha” popsicle, traditional here. It also has umbrella and chair rental services.

There are different strips of sand: Porto da Barra, Praia do Farol da Barra and Praia do “Barravento”. The closest to the Center, Porto da Barra, is known for its clean waters and “trendy sand”, which makes it one of the most popular on Saturdays and Sundays by Bahians and tourists. It is indicated for the practice of nautical sports, such as windsurfing, kayaking, Hawaiian canoe and SUP. Continuing along the shore, near the Lighthouse, on Barra beach, natural pools are formed at low tide. Other attractions are the beautiful sunset and the night lighting, ensuring movement even after the sun goes down. Praia do Cristo is located between Praia da Barra and Praia de Ondina. It is thus known for having a statue of Christ positioned on top of a small hill. On the three beaches the volume of people is lower from Tuesday to Thursday.

An exclusive space for pedestrians, the Calçadão da Barra was renovated a few years ago and has already gained a special space in the heart of Salvadorans. If during the day the waterfront is the ideal place to practice sports and enjoy the natural pools, at night the space becomes a great alternative for fun in Salvador's nightlife. Take the opportunity to enjoy the sunset and enjoy an incredible sunset. Afterwards, the tip is to enjoy one of the many restaurants, bars and kiosks found there, enjoying a special walk on the edge and feeling the freshness of the sea breeze.
