One of the most eclectic neighborhoods in US. There are countless restaurants & shops inside Midtown Global Market and along Lake Street spanning 5 continents.
Beautiful & spacious early 1900s house. 1200 sq feet of wood floors. Plenty of intricate woodwork & built-ins. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were renovated in April 2016.
You will share the 3 bedroom home with other Airbnb guests.
It is a triplex of which you will have access to the 2nd floor unit.
You have full access to the kitchen, bathroom, living & dining rooms. I hope that you feel like this is your home away from home. Make full use of the kitchen, appliances, laundry in basement.
Interaction with guests
I am here most days of the week between 11 AM and 3 PM prepping the house. If I am not there when you arrive I will give you a code to get them out of a key lock. I am very happy to offer suggestions for things to do, restaurants, bars, parks, shows, breweries etc.
Having lived in this neighborhood for most of my 11 years of living in Minneapolis, I am still finding something every day that I love about it. It is one of he most eclectic neighborhood in the USA, with over 160 languages spoken. The house is two blocks from the popular Midtown Greenway 'bike highway' & walking trail system, which runs through the entire southside of Minneapolis, from the Mississippi River to the Uptown Chain of Lakes region, and running westward 40 more miles through suburb and wooded countryside!
The house is less than a block to all the major bus lines. 1 mile to the blue line light rail, which is under a 15 minute ride from the MSP airport & Mall Of America & IKEA. Under 2 miles from downtown Minneapolis & the new Vikings US Bank Stadium.

- Please remove shoes upon entering
- Because electricity prices have skyrocketed recently, please turn off floor heaters when away or whenever a room is not occupied
- When checking out please put bed sheets, pillow cases & towels on the floor. (Minus the comforter & pillow shams)
- Wash dirty dishes
- Take all trash to the canisters in the back of the house
