Enjoy our newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment located on Reitz Hill. It is only 6 minutes from Deaconess Midtown, 15 minutes from Evansville Airport, and 8 minutes from USI.

This Modern Farmhouse is pleasantly comfortable and cozy with plenty of natural lighting and new amenities. Built in 1919, this bungalow-style home was divided into three units in 1942 during WW2. The beautiful Airbnb space is located on the top level of the home, completely separate from the rest of the house.

The impact of the breathtaking views of downtown Evansville and the mighty Ohio River from the top of Reitz Hill are rivaled only by the impact of crosstown rivals battling it out on the gridiron under the bright lights at historic Reitz Bowl. The steep winding ascents lined with precariously placed houses all sit atop the old Coal Mine Hill where some of the best sledding opportunities can be found when the snow is just right. If you listen close, you can hear the soothing clatter of trains coming and going from Howell Train yards in the distance as a reminder of the transportation and commerce that built our city.
