The cottage is located on the back of Manigod. 10 minutes by car from the village and about twenty minutes from the Croix-Fry station (count more time in winter on snowy roads).
The chalet is located in an alpine area (green area) in summer that gives way to beautiful snow-covered landscapes in winter, suitable for a direct snowshoeing or ski tour.
In Manigod, there's a bakery that does a little press and a small grocery catering. For bigger groceries, you'll find several supermarkets in Thônes, as well as many stores. To go to Thônes, allow 20 minutes in clear weather and a little more in snowy weather.
No close neighbours. The nearest ones being about 400 meters away.
