The space
We saw this place and fell in love right away, without losing the ability to wonder each day. We thought it was the right place to reconnect with the land, and embark on a different lifestyle than the one we had been taught.
The cottage in the forest is very cozy and cozy. You can walk around the farm, 15 min. away are the fountains, poyals and archaeological remains even without dates: remnants of circular stone construction (castles?), shelters, etc.
In summer the natural pools are a must. We go to one where we are usually alone.

On the farm you can pick up mushrooms, chestnuts, figs and many other fruits in addition to the eggs from our hens.

You can access countless routes,
there are many workshops in the area, ethnobotanical recognition, there are adventure or sports services, bike rentals, therapeutic massages, etc.

We are in a haven of tranquility, but at the same time away from the urban centers, the closest is Poyales del Hoyo, between Candeleda and Arenas de San Pedro. It takes about half an hour to get to Arenas or Candeleda. Which is why it's interesting to come with the purchase made.

If they confine us again, you can roam freely around the farm without a mask because there is plenty of room to roam.

To visit you can go to Candeleda which has a lot of atmosphere, Arenas de San Pedro, Guisando or villages of la Vera. Ask us for recommendations for places to go out for lunch.
