This 2-storey townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of old Torquay. Experience the ease of staying only a short 775m walk to the beachfront, with Surf City Plaza shops and café’s all on your doorstep. Light-filled living capitalises on the northerly aspect, plus a private rear courtyard with BBQ and a sunny upper level balcony for sunseekers. You will have access to the complex’s shared swimming and spa pool. Further highlights incl: wifi, Netflix, SSAC and a single car park.

Only moments to cafes, shops, bars, restaurants and breweries, you will also discover that parks, coastal walkways and Fisherman’s Beach are nearby too. Situated in a north-facing position with a big front lawn and the shade of towering gum trees, this freshly painted and updated townhouse features new carpet, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The ground floor open plan living zone has a split system heating-cooling, an exposed brick feature wall and double height ceiling void, expanding the sense of space. Relax on the lounge and watch a movie after exploring the Surf Coast (Smart TV with Netflix connectivity). The new kitchen offers ample storage and work space, including a breakfast bar for informal meals. It is well-equipped with quality appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Alternatively, relax in the private rear courtyard with BBQ for summer meals.

An adjacent bathroom and combined Euro laundry has also been freshly updated, with a shower, vanity, separate toilet and washer/dryer combo. A solid timber spiral staircase leads upstairs to the sunny upper level balcony and two good sized bedrooms with built in robes and ceiling fans. Guests will have access to the shared (unheated) swimming and spa pool in this complex, and a single covered car park.

Two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4 guests, and are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and towels. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, while Twin Single beds are in the room next door. Both rooms have portable heaters in the wardrobe.

This townhouse is located in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, next door to a medical centre, McDonald's restaurant and the Surf City Plaza. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time.

There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants within a few minutes’ walk on Bell St, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

Surf City Plaza is home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver, Roxy and Rip Curl (all originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
