Sits on a quite cul-de-sac with, fire pit, hot tub, BBQ, and over-water deck in the summer. The lake is warm and shallow, ideal for kids, swimming and water sports. Winter, enjoy a frozen lake for skating, hockey or hot chocolate over a bon fire. Starlink high-speed internet, office area to work. Near Moonstone ski resort, golf resort and local beaches. Only 60 mins from GTA!

Our lake style home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet family friendly neighborhood with nearby walking and/or ATV/Snowmobile trails.

Our lake is shallow and therefore generally warm for children to swim and play with a piece of mind.
Bring your seedoos, small boats, pontoons for fishing and swimming. There is a boat launch 1min drive from the property. Please be sure to follow all boat rules and regulations.
