Beautiful semi-detached house on the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, 200 meters from the beaches and 1500 meters from the shops, path of customs officers at the end of the house, sea view of the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and a fitted kitchen, large friendly living room in a quiet +Wifi. The space
The villa is a semi-detached house of the farmhouse type. Its living area is 66 m2 and its construction dates back to 2001. Painted in 2016. From the window of the west room on the first floor one gets a glimpse of the Gulf of Morbihan. The house has four rooms and a mezzanine space. Sleeping facilities and furniture (good condition) are provided for five people (a double bed x 140(bedding of 2015), two twin beds x 90 and a single bed of 90 in the mezzanine ). Heating is provided by wall-mounted electric convectors, plus a wood stove.
The interior distribution is as follows : a large room, on the ground floor, with fully-equipped American kitchen (double sink, electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, beater ...),
sitting area (three comfortable armchairs, one bench seat) and dining area (table for six guests) .
A toilet with handwasher on the ground floor and a second toilet in the shower room of the first floor (put the ventilation at high flow when taking showers).
Two bedrooms on the first floor and a mezzanine served by a staircase, forming a second floor. There's storage in every bedroom.
The garden, of about 2000 m2 is collective to the four houses forming the farmhouse. Tenants have free access to this garden and can park only one car on the property.(a communal car park is close for a second car)
