Cozy apartment located only 10-15 minutes walk into the city center and train station. Only a few minutes to the college and restaurants around the corner.
Summertime (June-August) there is a heated outdoor swimming pool available as well as trampoline and older version of playground. The pool is 80 cm deep.

Despite the feeling of quiet street it is very close to the center. Occasional nights per year, someone next door can have a party.
