the villa is located in a clean Mediterranean location, facing the beach and direct access to the sea, with a panoramic view of the Pisciotto Larocca beach. The apartment with a splendid terrace with sea view consists of a delightful studio apartment with kitchenette / dining area and private bathroom. The common garden area is available to guests. The Valley of the Temples is about 25 minutes and Licata center
7 km. In the villa there is private parking on site. free wi-fi.

The space
advice take the bus by Palermo/Catania to Licata (the bus station is very near to the apartment) and later rent a car in Licata by Bontaservice (the cost for day is just 30 euro)

Ritengo che la Sicilia, con il suo sole, il suo mare, i suoi profumi, sapori e la sua storia rappresenti un posto unico, da visitare ed esplorare.. Anche la piccola cittadina di Licata è un pezzo di Sicilia, dalle sue tradizioni marinare alla bellezza della sua costa, dove ancora oggi vive una parte della storia greca che ha interessato questa parte della Sicilia, mantenuta nell'antica Finziade...
