The space
Villa Luciana is situated among a five home complex, each with its own private entrance and no shared amenities. A spacious garden surrounds the property. An outdoor staircase leads to a rooftop terrace with sea views. The home also offers a shaded outdoor dining/sitting area. The main entrance opens into a large open living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.The living area has plenty of seating, including a double sofa/bed for extra sleeping space. The fireplace and hot aircon system offers heat for off- season rentals as well. The many windows surrounding the living area offers picturesque scenes of the island's natural beauty. The earth coloured decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The laundry area adjacent to the WC also includes a washer and dryer. The wide hall off the entrance leads to two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and on-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom also includes a desk /workplace area. All furniture and furnishings are new and kept impeccably clean. Newly installed air conditioning is provided throughout the home. Villa Luciana offers a sense of calm, tranquility, and safety. Villa Luciana is situated in peaceful, secluded area among Paros' nature. Many walking paths lead to small private coves, some with their own whitewashed church at the cliff's edge. One such cove is adjacent to the house. A lovely place to sit and watch the endless blue sea, morning or night. Occasional joggers pass the house during early morning hours and it is not uncommon to be visited by the local sheep and a friendly cow on occasion.
