The main room includes a well-equipped kitchen opening onto a comfortable living room and a study. Large fully retractable bay windows give you direct access to the covered terrace, long chairs, the swimming pool and the splendid sea view.

The space
Situated in the middle of a haven of peace, in the heart of the quiet Grand Cul-de-Sac district and facing the crystal clear expanse of the Lagoon, the spacious, single-storey Villa AJA offers you the ultimate in a relaxing getaway.
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the blue lagoon from any room of the house. From the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace and to the swimming pool, where long chairs and floating carpets are at your disposal for a moment of total relaxation. An outdoor shower is next to the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living-dining area and its comfort: leather sofa, flat screen, French and American satellite TV. It is possible to have meals inside with a veranda to take full advantage of the view, as well as outside where the barbecue and a kitchenette are set up in the heart of a garden for absolute tranquility.
The bedroom featured king-size bed, dressing room and ensuite.
The Villa AJA is simply perfect to enjoy a moment of relaxation alone or in couple.

The beach and its Lagoon with its crystal clear and shallow waters, will allow you to try your hand at nautical activities such as paddling, kayaking, scuba diving... Take full advantage of the beauty of this area classified as a nature reserve.
