Our self contained guesthouse is complete with modern ensuite. It is located on 9 acres with access to tennis court. Ample parking area for boats caravan etc fold out sofa bed for extra person if required. 👍

On 9 acres, tennis court, personal parking space in the middle of 2 great location Barwon heads and Torquay.

2 possibly more if required sofa bed available.

Perfect location excellent for access to great ocean road.
We are happy to accept house trained pets, and have ample area for them to get around.
Guest are welcome to play tennis and use the netball basketball hoops.
