Latitude lake house is a fully renovated modern farmhouse style w/cozy details. Semi private dock & beach 2 houses away with chairs & wood burning fire pit. Open concept 1st level with Lg kitchen island, dishwasher,washer/dryer ,window table to enjoy coffee or cocktail, coffee & tea bar , wood burning stove.

The space
We took all our favorite combinations that we love when traveling and added that personal touch, light and airy with cozy for the perfect cozy feel and gathering space. Throw blankets if curled up in front of the multiple fire place options or enjoying a day in the lake on our semi private beach and docks(shared with our immediate neighbors) the French double doors in bedroom #1 leads to a private balcony with lake views. The bunk bed room bunk has stairs for added safety. The “lake view bar” sits in front of the living room window so with stools to either enjoy the lake views or friends and family in the living kitchen area. Retractable gate tar the top of the spiral stairs for added safety. Our “AM PM” area is a coffee / wine bar with plenty of mugs, wine glasses, hot pot, coffee maker, French press and various coffee, teas and sugars to choose from. The outdoor patio has a sectional couch so seating can be arranged to your liking, table that is also a gas fire pit, high top table and chairs , pergola with a retractable roof.

We are in the medical field and take a clean environment very seriously.
We wash all our items with Lysol disinfecting laundry detergent
Use disinfecting wipes as well as microban 24
Chairs, couches, bean bags are thoroughly cleaned
All door handles and light switches and wiped
