A nice spot close to downtown Evansville, blocks from Franklin street and the Lloyd Expressway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Close to the Deaconess hospital and the Willard Library. Driveway parking in front of and behind the house, fenced in backyard, dogs welcome! Washer and dryer on site and a full kitchen. WiFi available as well. No smoking.
