We offer a newly built apartment in Durres (antic ,beautiful city by the sea)
It is located in the upper floor of a building, three stories high, 3 minutes walking distance from the sea and 10 minutes from the city center.

The space
It has its own private entrance and stairs. The flat which sleeps up to 5-6 people, is composed of 2 large bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single one and one with twin beds), a kitchen/ living room (which includes a large comfortable sofa). The apartment has one bathroom and a spacious terrace viewing towards the city.

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is especially safe due to the fact that a police check point/harbor entrance is located less than 200 m from the block of flats. The sorrounding area is full of bars, live music, restaurants, fast food, mini markets (with fresh local products), boutiques, beach resorts and a big shopping center "Galaktik"(opened till late in the evening), also laundries, banks, ATM-s etc.
