This super central studio was completely renovated in the spring of 2020. It has an amazing view over Universitate Square and the Intercontinental Hotel, a cozy small balcony and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Universitate metro station is literally in front of the building and the Old Town is at 1 minute walking distance.
At ground floor you will find a Korean shop, restaurants and teraces across the street. One minute away, on the main boulevard you can find ATM and 24/7 open market.

The space
A bright studio perfect for 2 guests, with a calm and relaxed sleeping area that opens to a nice, intimate cooking and dining area. You will also be able to access a bohemian balcony where you can enjoy a nice coffee in the morning. The apartment has a decent size bathroom with a walk in shower.

From the terrace you can observe the city's vibe, with an incredible view, drink your morning coffee or enjoy a good wine in the evening.

This space has been created with the desire of meeting all the requirements of guests. We invested a lot of love and enthusiasm and we've worked with a professional interior designer in order for you to love your 'home away from home' as well!

The apartment is located at the ground zero of Bucharest. The Old Centre with its restaurants and bars is 1 minute walking distance. The boulevard is great for taking a stroll next to theatres and art galleries. A newly opened modern art gallery is at the ground floor of the building.

The newly restored National Theater is a stone's throw away, as well as the University of Bucharest, the old churches, the former Royal Palace (now the National Museum of Art). There are shopping centers and souvenir shops if you follow the main boulevard towards Unirii Square.

Two of my favourite parks - Cismigiu and Icoanei - are in the vicinity, as well as Calea Victoriei, a favourite promenade for locals and visitors alike.
