Right on the Virgin River with stunning views in all directions of Zion NP, Gooseberry Mesa, and the most colorful sunsets you'll ever see! Star gazing here is amazing!
Visit ZNP (15 mile drive), enjoy biking or off roading on the public trails right from the property, or spend the day here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking in the river or tubing. Chairs and beach towels provided.
*Sorry, our no pet policy is firm. No exceptions. **Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can be heard.

The space
The private walkout basement apartment has a separate entrance and is very cozy and clean. You will enjoy spectacular views from every window. The living room features a smart TV and central heating and air conditioning throughout (with exception of the sunroom.) The kitchen is fully stocked so you can stay in and cook, or if you'd like, walk 5 minutes up the road to the Balcony One restaurant/bar (closed Mondays).
Please note: Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can be heard. May not be ideal for sensitive infants/toddlers.
