2 bedrooms 1 bathroom with full kitchen. California King bed in room 1. Queen bed with a twin XL bunk bed on top and pullout bed underneath. Right by Sand Hollow. You can ride your ATVs directly from the house to the trails. Sleeps up to 6. Doorbell camera outside for safety reasons. Additional parking for trailers.

HVAC is shared between hosts liveable area, due to allergies and owners health/safety NO pets whatsoever, this is in compliance with Utah law and Airbnb policy.

The space
No pets, whatsoever, see summary for details. Thank you. Brand new home with comfortable airbnb in mind. Has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer and private parking. There is not a living room area, but we do have chairs and tables and a picnic table right outside. We built this house kind of like a duplex. The Airbnb side of the house is completely separate from our main living area. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and a touch screen thermostat. Additional parking for trailers provided.
