Rich with rustic charm, its stone façade is complemented by verdant landscaping and serene views. Just minutes from downtown, seek out a local barbecue joint to get a taste of tangy Texan fare.

The space
Spaciously spread out over 4,000 square feet, soaring ceilings help to further expand the interior with a lofty atmosphere. Plump leather sofas and sumptuous armchairs encourage conversation in the living room. An abundance of windows allow beams of light to stream in during the day, illuminating the elegantly modern décor. Why not opt to dine alfresco after cooking dinner on the grill? An open, sprawling yard makes it easy to entertain or relax. The allure of the garden hammock draws you in for a midday siesta. Dive into the swimming pool for a refreshing plunge. Able to fit up to 10 people, the bubbling hot tub is a soothing spot to chill out.

Once the vivid sunset vanishes over the trees, the patio fire pit lends a warm ambiance with its crackling flames.
