Our large warm sunny historic home with the studio in the garden is situated in Westport.
5 minutes walk into the Main Town Centre, Pulse Energy Centre, Racecourse, North Beach, Lost Lagoon Walks , Fishing and Coaltown Muesum.
Cape Foulwind, Carters Beach including the golf course and airport are a 10 minute drive.
Denniston Incline the Charming Creek Walkway a 30-40 minute drive.
Karamea a 2 hour drive to see the Oparara Arches NIkau Palm Walk Scotts Beach and the Heaphy Track.

The space
In the garden we have a separate studio with a Queen bed with tea and coffee making facilities.
Dressing gowns umbrellas and slip on shoes all provided for making your access to the main house comfortable

Sunny deck off the studio ,to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or tea .
Guests can have a continental or cooked breakfast .
Although the studio does not have a ensuite there is a private modern bathroom with locking doors including rain shower for guests only. Inside the main house .
Newly built private rustic shower in the garden with hot water . Only for use by the guests in the studio.
