• Things to keep in mind

- This is an apartment, also known as mother-in-law apartment or accessory dwelling unit, converted garage. This is an additional separate living space attached to the property, it has a private and separate entrance. This is not a stand-alone apartment. It doesn’t have a kitchen.

- This apartment uses one or more window AC units, when you arrive you might find the AC window unit OFF to save energy while the apartment is vacant, if so, the apartment will be hot and you will need to turn the AC window unit ON.

• Before booking you must acknowledge

- You will read and follow the check-in instructions available to you in your Airbnb app under ”Trips > House Manual” and also available in the Guest Portal under the “Check-in Instructions” option.

- Check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM and before 9:00 PM, non-negotiable, even if you requested an earlier check-in while booking. Early check-in at 1:00 PM, this is available upon request at least one day before check-in day for a fee of 50% of the room's rate.
Self-check-in after 9:00 PM is available, just follow the check-in instructions.

- All Mail it's forwarded to a central location for processing. You should not use the listing's address to receive mail or packages.

- Customer service hours are Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any phone call or message sent after 9:00 PM will be answered the next day after 9:00 AM

This is an investment property where I do Corporate Housing and Vacation Rentals. I don't live on the property, but the unique setup doesn't require guests to have any interaction with me. Thanks to the Guest Portal, the digital Keypad or a Lockbox the self-check-in process is easy as pie.
