Apartment in flat condominium located in one of the most noble areas of Leblon, south of Rio de Janeiro. The unit is a spacious and comfortable bedroom and living room, with kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. We have the entire structure of a flat with concierge and 24 hour security and we offer a parking space for guests' convenience. We're only five minutes' walk from Leblon Beach. The space
The apartment is located in the traditional flat "Monsieur Le Blond", on Avenida Bartolomeu Mitre, one of the best known in Leblon.

In addition to the convenience and safety of having a 24-hour front desk, we also offer our guests a parking space in the building's garage.

Speaking specifically of the apartment, it is a room and living room space that easily accommodates 6 guests. And we'll detail how.

In the bedroom, there is a delicious queen bed. Under this bed, there are two single beds, one on each side. As such, we comfortably hosted up to 4 guests in the room.

In the room, there is also a TV that operates only as a smart TV and does not have open or cable TV channels.

In the living room is a well-manufactured sofa-bed that you don't have to squeeze to fit two more guests.

This brings us to our total of 6 guests. This limit is non-negotiable, so we urge you not to insist.

Every apartment is supplied by a broadband internet wifi network. In the room, in addition to cable TV with the basic package of channels, tv is a smartv, thus enabling guests to connect via streaming to their favorite provider (Youtube; Netflix; etc.).

As can be seen in the photos, the apartment has an American kitchen. Small, it is true, but with all the utensils necessary for the guest to cook and eat at home.

This meal can be eaten both at our dining table and on one of our balconies, with emphasis on the balcony that is on the front facade of the building, with a lot of green all around.

In the playground of the condominium, we have a small kids area, sauna and a tempting swimming pool, ideal for a beach post, in addition to a complete laundry area, fully accessible to guests, who must buy chips at the reception of the flat in order to be able to wash and dry their clothes.
