The enclave of the apartment is exceptional, located in a residential area enjoying tranquility while being close to the main points of interest of the city: its beaches, the Sardinero promenade, Lighthouse of Cabo Mayor or the Golf de Mataleñas.

One of the most beautiful and authentic areas of the city, Paseo de Mataleñas is a five-minute walk from the apartment.

The same goes for Mataleñas Golf Course, you can walk from the floor and it's awesome to play around the sea continuously, a luxury five minutes from home :)

One of the best known places to eat a good omelet is the Body Factory Gym Cafeteria (10 minutes walk). Lla Regma bakery (5 minutes walk) is a confessional sin where any product is good and quality (I recommend Regma, grilled is amazing!!!).
Also five minutes away you have the bar "La Tertulia" also famous for its tortilla.
If you are looking for a modern place to have a drink and have a bite in the air, "La bendita" is a ten-minute walk away and is a nice and fun place.

Undoubtedly, where you can not miss is to visit the bar of "El faro", at noon there is no better place to eat some "rabas" or mussels with unbeatable views.
