This is a brand new apartment, level 1 to level 3 is midnight hotel, and our room ls located level 4.

The mean is we share a swimming pool, GYM and all common area with the midnight hotel.

BEDROOMS:
Both bedrooms have luxury queen-sized beds topped with premium fresh linen. The linen is professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Both bedrooms have a large amount of wardrobe storage and hanging space.

The 2 bathrooms both have heated towel rails and the ensuite has a premium rainwater shower head. Complimentary towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash are provided.

★1. Are there two rooms?
Yes, our apartment offers 2 separate rooms as well as two bathrooms.

★2. Is Wi-Fi available now?
Unfortunately, this building was completed in November 2019, and the NBN network is still connected. It is expected that the NBN network will be available in March 2020.

★3. Is there furniture in the room?
The room provides all the necessary furniture, including bed, TV, washing machine, dryer, sofa and so on. And all supplies, including towels, slippers, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, body wash etc.

★4. Is your room a hotel?
Please note that we are NOT a hotel, we are Airbnb, but our room is in the hotel, the hotel uses Building level 1 - level 3, our room is at Level 4.

★5. Can we use the hotel's swimming pool, sauna and gym?
Yes, you can! we highly recommend you to try our swimming pool and sauna. The swimming pool is located at level one, close to room 111. It is important to note that access and exit from the pool requires a swipe card, please use our remote control (integrated access card) to access the pool.

★6. We will arrive in Canberra very late(such as after 10 PM), is it possible to check-in?
Yes, You can! We provide a 24H self-check-in service. You will get the keys in the lobby mailbox (we will send a detailed key collection guide to you). The lobby is open 24 hours.
