📍 ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION:

We offer you the Nautilus Duplex Apartment, located in Santa Marta, in the Playa Salguero sector (south of Rodadero). It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy, with a direct exit to the sea and a super quiet atmosphere.

What's included in the apartment?

✅1 master bedroom with 2 hotel-style double beds, air conditioning, Smart TV with cable.

✅1 smaller room with a semi-double bunk bed. (It has a sliding door)

✅Air conditioning in the master bedroom and dining room.

✅Living room with Smart TV with cable.

✅Full kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, oven, dishes and utensils.

✅Washing machine.

✅2 bathrooms with shower (no hot water).

✅Balcony.

✅Private garage at no extra cost.

✅Free WiFi.

💡IMPORTANT:

One towel per person is provided for the shower (it CANNOT be taken out of the apartment).

Check-out: between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

📄 Entry requirement:

Once your reservation is confirmed, we need to send you a letter of authorization for the building management with the details of those who are staying. Please contact us as soon as you confirm your stay.
