The space
Very bright studio, located on the 5th floor of a quiet and secure residence. Its asset: two balconies facing South East and South West that will allow you to appreciate the mildness of the North, with a beautiful view of the rooftops of Old Lille.
Cozy and functional, my studio will enchant you for a weekend or a few vacation days.
The neighborhood is lively and you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay (bakery, Carrefour Market, butcher shop, etc.).
A stone's throw from the Vauban Citadel and the City Center, you can stroll through the shopping streets of Old Lille, picnic at the Citadel or discover the Comtesse Hospice Museum.
Sunday morning, enjoy oysters and a glass of white wine at the Place de Concert market, then brunch at "La Luck".

To the two small terraces, the bathroom and the kitchen and, of course, the living room and the sleeping area.
I simply ask you not to wear shoes in the apartment (acoustics, durability of the flooring, etc.). Slippers will be available to you :-)

The studio has just been refurbished for my greatest pleasure and yours! This studio is my primary residence, I do not manage multiple apartments. You will be at my home :-)
Some finishing touches are in progress (painting and decoration), but these will not disturb you in any way.
The bathroom is being finished, but this does not affect its comfort and use (painting, etc.).
