Our house is on a neighbourly street tucked behind the main shopping area of Brighton. It's a five minute walk from the Laines, ten from the station and seven from the beach and i360.

The house has three double bedrooms and guests can enjoy the kitchen and living room area with stunning sea views.

The terrace offers a unique panoramic view of the coastline and from where you can relax on the hammock, dine with friends or watch the sun rise and set.

The space
The house has three double bedrooms to choose from - two on the first floor with a shared bathroom and one with an ensuite in a cosy loft conversion. Two of the bedrooms have sea views and face away from the street so are particularly quiet at night. The third bedroom is larger, has a king size bed and views onto the tree-lined street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. We also leave plenty of spices and condiments which you are free to use. The bathroom also includes a washer dryer and plenty of drying space.

The maisonette is located above The Feminist Bookshop. The shop is currently open Wednesday-Sundays from 11am to 6pm and you can have free tea and coffee there during your stay.

Guest access
The maisonette is a entirely yours and has its own lockable entry door. The hallway is shared with The Feminist Bookshop.

Other things to note
Please note the ceilings in the loft bedroom are fairly low at certain points so this room may not be suitable for taller guests.
