20 minutes from W. entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Beautiful lodge with a large hot tub on more than 3rd of an acre of land. Kid & Family Friendly with 3 bedrooms. Island Park Village with great views. There is a full kitchen with everything you need. Amenities include WiFi, BBQ, stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, and TV. You can enjoy fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, horse back riding, 4-wheeling, & Yellowstone. We are super host, so book with confidence.

Other things to note
This house can accommodate large trailers. However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring trailers then bring them at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.

Guests should be aware that this cabin is in the forest/woods which is home to many creatures big and small. Although there is a pest control company that comes frequently, some of the tiny ones may get into the cabin from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, an ant, etc.

You will be asked to agree an outside contract that clarifies the details and ensures proper expectations on both sides.
