If building management received any complain from your neighbour or duty staff who patrol in the building about the incidents like amplified music, vocals, annoying action, excessive noise or other complain emitted during your stay, an abatement direction may be issued with an on-the-spot fine ($1100-$5000) by our local council or the local police station toward the guests.
The new laws prohibit certain conduct, which may include:
* making excessive noise
* creating a hazard
* interfering with others’ use of common property
* causing damage to a lot or common property.
When it is proved that a short stay occupant engaged in prohibited conduct, They can make orders that might include:
* compensation of up to $2000 to each affected resident for each breach. ( this will cost from the guest)
* fines of up to $1100 for the short stay occupant.

- Guests are required to wash dishes before check-out. In case of disregard we will have charge $50 for additional cleaning costs if guests left the dishes unwashed.
- Please ensure your personal belongings with you when check-out. Our staff are not liable for any loss / damage / theft or any personal belonging left in the apartment after you check-out.
