Positioned high in the hills above Waipu Cove, we offer a tranquil and modern animal-friendly base in historic Waipu, close to the beaches and town. The perfect spot to explore sunny Northland. Equestrians, you can arrange to bring your horse, ride in our arena or on nearby stunning Uretiti beach.
If you'd like to bring your friendly dog, we can accommodate your furry friends.
Our location is very quiet: no traffic noise, just the occasional sound of surf and birds. Not just for horse lovers.

The space
This is a brand-new, high quality, purpose built 61m2 loft above a lifestyle-property barn for horses, with two horse boxstalls and riding arena. Features include all top quality Miele appliances including dishwasher, heat pump, stunning granite countertop, tiled throughout, quality mid-century Danish teak furniture. There is a comfortable deck to relax on and enjoy the views, and occasionally watch the horses being trained in the arena.

Note, the beds for additional guests in the lounge are a fold down double couch, reasonably comfortable with an added roll-out foam topper (provided), and two roll-out trundle beds, better for kids than adults.
