A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform.

We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

The space
Our cottage has been meticulously renovated from the ground up, featuring infrared heating panels, HEPA air filters, and air-purifying paint for a fresher, healthier stay.

Blending modern comfort with industrial charm, it's the perfect base for a luxurious weekend of adventure. After an active day in the Lakes, or Eden Valley, refuel in the fully equipped kitchen and gather in the spacious dining area to share meals and stories.

As the evening winds down, retreat to the inviting bedrooms, thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation and a restful night’s sleep—ready to take on another day of exploration.
