Welcome to Casa di Elisa, your next apartment in the heart of Livorno, located between the Monument of the Four Moors and the fantastic La Venezia district.
Its affordable price makes it perfect for solo travelers or couples.

[THE APARTMENT]
This cozy 60 m² apartment, quiet and bright, is on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator (about 5 steps to access the elevator).
Once inside, you will find:

LIVING AREA
A spacious living room with a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, and a 32-inch Smart TV, perfect for relaxing moments.

KITCHEN
A functional open-plan kitchen, equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a full set of kitchen utensils.
A solid wood extendable dining table is also available.

We offer authentic Italian moka coffee, as well as tea and herbal infusions.

MASTER BEDROOM
Spacious, bright, and cozy, it features a comfortable QUEEN-SIZE bed with a high-quality mattress and a topper (as recommended by Bruno Barbieri) for the best possible rest.
A large wardrobe is available to store all your personal belongings.

Upon request, a travel cot for your baby can be added next to the bed (additional service, price to be agreed).

BATHROOM
A spacious bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer.
A free Welcome Kit is included, featuring shower gel, intimate soap, hand soap, and a shower cap (we think of the ladies too!).
Several custom-made storage compartments allow you to store all your belongings, including suitcases.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Need to do laundry? No problem!
The apartment includes a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. You also have enough space to store your suitcases during your stay.

In addition to towels in different sizes and the free Welcome Kit, you will have soft sheets, blankets, and a duvet to ensure a perfect stay.

Neighborhood highlights

The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and kissed by the sea air.

Staying in the Loft of Elisa means enjoying a privileged location in a quiet and protected area but at the same time close to the main streets of the center such as Via Grande and Via Cairoli and Porto Storico, being in a very central area

Just outside the gate you will find an area full of restaurants and bars (including historical and some folkloric), supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, historical places, 5-star spa and everything you need to spend a beautiful stay without worries.

In a few minutes on foot or by public transport you can reach:

- the beautiful neighborhood of Venice with its beautiful canals (attention here we call them if), if YOU activate we recommend a boat ride along the ditches.

- the two beautiful fortresses, simply called Fortezza Vecchia and Fortezza Nuova.

- Republic Square which is not actually a square but is a bridge and by many it is referred to as the largest bridge in Europe!

- the Fantastic Goldoni Theatre

- the Beautiful Lungomare, from Viale Italia to Viale di Antignano, passing through the beautiful roundabout of Ardenza
