A quick walk to the beach, and resting on the edge of a green belt, Kim's Place offers much for Beachgoers and birdwatchers alike while having every convenience at your fingertips.

The space
With ample inside lounging areas, balconies for extensive views and Shared access to swimming pool and braai facilities Kim's Place offers it all.
Each unit has its own Kitchen and lounge facility with access to WiFi free of charge. Being away from home has never been this easy.
Bedroom 5-8 are all on the second floor which provides a sanctuary when needed while the family can all use the facilities on the ground floor.
Bedroom 9 (or the 'Flat') is situated on the ground floor, with its own kitchenette and bathroom just off the downstairs balcony.

Guests in Unit two can access the entirety of the property barr Unit one.
This includes the pool facilities and braai facilities.
