The studio has its own entrance and privacy, is equipped with all you need for a comfortable short-long term stay. 3 min drive to shops, cafes & restaurant and box hill train station.
Please note! We use hospital grade surface disinfectant after every guest check out.

The space
The entire unit is fully separated from main house included ensuite, fridge, kettle, washing machine, Induction cooker, kitchenette, utensils, microwave, split system (heating & cooling), tv, dinning table, Australian wool quilt and free wifi.

NOTE: We have significantly improved on soundproofing. Some noise can still be heard but very minimal.

Box Hill South is a quiet leafy neighbourhood that is literally in the middle of everything!
With easy access to the City as well as Yarra Valley, Mount Dandenong Ranges and the freeway down to the Mornington Peninsula. There is a small friendly café at the end of our street if you wanted to take a stroll through the leafy neighbourhood and sit down for morning coffee / breakfast with a friend. Or drive 3 mins up to Box Hill Central and explore all its vibrant restaurants with some open til very late to satisfy your late night cravings.

Our studio room and its neighbourhood provide a peaceful and relaxing stay with comfort and style, yet has all the amenities you need to get the job done!
