Gorgeous remodeled and beautifully decorated house. Located in desirable Kay/Catherine area. Walking distance to beach, Bellevue Avenue, downtown, park, and cliff walk. Lots of light throughout the house. Kitchen with new appliances, quartz counter tops, fully equipped. Spacious living room with fire place, dinning room with sliders to the deck and fully fenced backyard with comfortable outdoor furniture. Driveway parking and garage for car/bicycles/etc. Simply one of the best you can find!
