One block access to walk/run/bike trails, and one block to community park with playground. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

There are 3 sets of French doors to bring the fresh Santa Fe air indoors, allowing easy access to outdoor patios and an exterior fireplace. 7 minute drive to historic Santa Fe Plaza and Santa Fe Farmer's Market.
