Hi, I'm Paul and welcome to our Vacation Condo in Turtle Cove, a small community at the west end of Grace Bay; a world-class beach with superb amenities!

We take pride in ensuring your stay in our home is as comfortable as possible.

Our Condos at La Vista Azul were refitted in 2020 with new furniture, mattresses, linens, housewares, kitchenware, wall finishes & polished Travertine tile floors!

The space
Welcome to your Junior Suite Condo where the standard maximum occupancy is 5 people, recommended as follows: 4 adults, or 3 adults and 2 children, or 2 adults and 3 children, or 1 adult and 3 children.

Additional charges will be incurred for occupancy over and above the maximum specified. We incur additional costs if the Condo is occupied by more people than it was originally prepared and sanitized for. All Condos have the space for an air bed. Please ensure that you specify the correct number of people, along with the ages of any children, in your booking. Provo Paradise reserves the right to accept or decline reservations based upon the number of guests.

A twin-size airbed will already be in your Suite in one of the closets, labelled accordingly.

The sofa bed pulls out to a Queen size. Please understand that this is a sofa bed, and not a typical mattress, although we have added a secondary memory foam layer. These are excellent for two kids or people of average size (I have tested it). NO jumping on the sofa bed please because the Sofa frame is not built to withstand such use.

Housekeeping services are provided by request only, and for an additional fee. If you wish to have an intermittent, on-demand service, please phone or text your Provo contact to make these arrangements.

Don't forget that you have in-house laundry, and we will provide you with additional Tide detergent pods if you do not have any.

Guest access
You have the entire Condo Unit to yourselves, plus all common spaces & amenities that exist in the Resort. LVA is a gated community, meaning gates are closed and locked in between specific times, with access allowed only by our guests. You will be given a gate code to get in or out of the complex - from within your vehicle - at your convenience.

Other things to note
If you are staying anywhere in Turtle Cove, Provo, the one item that has come up from guests consistently is the necessity for a run-around car.

Having a car allows you the opportunity to explore countless other island beaches, get groceries, drive to the shopping areas or dine at one of dozens of superb cafés and restaurants on the island.

La Vista Azul is located in Turtle Cove, a small community at the west end of Grace Bay and is anchored by the local marina, Smith's Reef, six restaurants and, of course, a world class beach.

Instead of the primary LVA front entrance, access to the ProvoParadise Units is far easier from the back of the resort at the top of the hillside. Please follow the Map directly down Sunburst Drive, because it has your parking location pinned on it. If you park at beach level at the main entrance, you will have to walk up six large flights of stairs, with luggage, to your Condo!

Use the parking lot out back as indicated, as it is much closer to your front door, and almost directly level with your Unit.
