This home, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 12, is situated on 10 private acres with its own sand cove and blueberries for summertime harvesting. Just minutes from the remarkable 5000-acre Schoodic side of Acadia National Park. Wake up to the chug chug of the working lobster boats! Paddle our kayaks, bike, hike, swim, paint, read, birdwatch, and relax by the firepit while the kids make s'mores. Have lunch at the Corea Wharf and catch a ferry over to Mount Desert Island and Bar Harbor!

Totally comfortable for 12, but manageable for fewer. Overlooks a private sand cove, with expansive views of Gouldsboro Bay and the ocean.
