Large dining room area opens to walled in garden courtyard. Separate sitting area w/flat screen TV plus small game table.
Queen master bdr has kiva fireplace, full bath & flat screen TV. Guest 2nd bdr, has a queen size "pencil-post" bed, desk area & armoire adjacent to hall bathroom w/shower + washer/dryer.

Guest access
During the holidays - We will not have Check in's on Christmas Eve (12/24) or Christmas Day - (12/25), or New Year's Eve - (12/31).

Guests will have full access to the house with the exception of owner's locked closet area.

Please note: All guests need to check the New Mexico COVID travel restrictions to be aware of any restrictions in place for out of state visitors. We do enforce this. Search NM COVID Travel Restrictions for full information.


There is NO check in's on holidays - New Year's day, Easter, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Year's eve or New Year's day. The offices are closed.
