Electricity: For monthly rentals, there is a $100 cap on electricity usage; guests are responsible for any overage charges. โšก
Gate Restrictions: Per HOA rules, you cannot bring boats, jet skis, trailers, kayaks, or moving vans through the security gate. ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿšค
Mail: No mail delivery available; please purchase a local P.O. Box at a nearby post office if needed. ๐Ÿ“ฌ

Check-In: 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be offered on arrival morning for $50, subject to availability. ๐Ÿ”‘

๐Ÿ•’ EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

Payer Requirements: The person paying MUST be added to the booking and MUST e-sign the Rental Agreement. Instructions will be sent automatically at 3 PM on the arrival day once signed. โœ๏ธ

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (CFAR Preferred).
There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes:
Health conditions, weather, or transportation issues. โœˆ๏ธ
Water conditions (Red Tide or cold pool temps). ๐ŸŒก๏ธ
Hurricane Season (June 1 โ€“ November 30): No refunds for storm threats or aftermath (closures of roads, shops, or utilities). ๐ŸŒ€

You will be given the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival. Sorry, but as a guest, you cannot bring any of the following through the gate: Boats, boats or jet ski's on trailers, kayaks, or Moving vans.

Other things to note
The owner does not allow a guest the use of the mailbox. A PO Box will need to be purchased. For your convenience, there is a post office on the other side of US 19 where one can be purchased.

There is a guest registration form that needs to be completed before check in. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals.

AGAIN, due to the no refund policy WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30.
