Family Getaway Time!!! Kick your flip flops off at the door and relax at our newly remodeled townhome! It is located directly across from beach access 23 which makes your trek to the beach with all your gear a breeze!

The space
The living area, kitchen and patio are on the 2nd floor with great views of the gulf. Our home can sleep 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. There are also two twin folding mattresses which can be used in either bedroom. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. TV’s are in each bedroom and the living area. We have wifi and a desk if you must work remotely. There is an outdoor shower to get that sand off your toes. We have a car port/ garage and parking for 2 vehicles only.
We are within walking distance to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center, which boasts go karts, carnival type rides and an arcade. Restaurants such as Dat Cajun Place and bar Newbys are also within walking distance.

Minimum Age Requirement to Rent is 25 years old.
