1. What does the reservation include?
- Linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels).
- Bedding.
- Basic hygiene items (soap, dishwasher, toilet paper) that will NOT be renewed during the stay.

3. House Rules. Prohibited:
- Hold events.

- Leave your pet inside the house without supervision.
- Putting your pet on beds and/or armchairs.
- Manipulate cable TV connections or internet router.
- Use the electric oven as a heater.
- Lean on the radiators.
- Leave A/C on when you are not in the house.
- Bylaws: No loud noises after 11:00 PM, walk your pet on a leash in common areas, drive at 20 km/h, do not park cars on the road.
