Authentic cottage 170m2, land of 2500 m2. Located in a small typical village at the end of a dead end road, 500m from the GR34 and the beach of Kerfany. Quiet place. Rustic charm but comfortable. By the coastal path, you can reach the ports of Bélon, Brigneau, Merrien... Everything can be done by walking or bicyle.

The house is 4 centuries old. We have renovated it with charm in mind.

Ground floor: dining room and open-plan kitchen, shower room and WC.
1 bedroom: 3 beds 90x190 suitable for children over 6 (there is a mezzanine above)
Breton living room with fireplace. Next October 23 stove that will leave the original stonework visible.
Veranda overlooking the garden, not overlooked, where you can set up your garden furniture and barbecue, out of sight.
