Perched on a peaceful hilltop beneath a canopy of old-growth oaks, this spacious light-filled retreat offers views of a tidal branch of the New Meadows River. Just minutes from Bowdoin College and downtown Brunswick, the home combines natural beauty with modern comfort and wellness features.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, and a beautifully designed kitchen with marble floors — perfect for cooking and gathering.

The space
Climb a short flight of stairs to the first floor there you will find the kitchen with a large island, an eat in area and seating around wood burning stove where guests can keep the cook company. Beyond the kitchen lies the a spacious great room with a 10 person dining table and a living area where guests can watch TV or sit at the desk to catch up on work while overlooking the leafy tree filled backyard. Walk out the french doors from the great room onto the back deck to enjoy a secluded outdoor area to watch the sunset through the treetops. There are four sleeping areas - an en suite queen bedroom, two large sized king bedrooms (one bedroom has two king beds) with a shared master bathroom including a shower and whirlpool, and the final sleeping area is a full bed in the turret that allows you to wake up amongst the treetops.
