THIS CHEERFUL HOME is in a perfect location.We are a quick car or a leisurely bike ride from several beaches. Additionally, this home is across from Shamrock Park which is full of biking and walking trails with access to the Venetian Waterway & Legacy Trails. Our home features a screened-in lanai with comfy furniture and French doors that open up the area, award winning Casper mattresses, top grain leather furniture, 65" UHD Smart TV w/ Xfinity cable, high speed internet and granite countertops.

The space
When you enter you will love the high ceilings and open concept living room/dining/kitchen area that gives plenty of space to relax. There is a large dining table that seats eight, a seated bar area and a cozy nook to drink your morning coffee.

We are centrally located in South Venice and very close to grocery stores, movie theaters, beaches and restaurants. We are across the street from Shamrock Park which offers many miles of walking/biking trails that take you along the intercoastal waterway all the way to Sarasota or the beaches in Venice.

We are 15 minutes from Wellen Park which is known for great shopping & restaurants. You might also enjoy The Venice Fishing Pier, Lemon Bay Park, Venice Beach, Legacy Trail and Downtown Venice.
