This basement apartment comes with a fully equipped private kitchen and basic appliances for guests use. The suite is accessed by a separate private entrance complete with a large shared parking driveway off of Lejune Rd for guest vehicles. We are within a 5 minute walk to Agincourt Mall for Walmart, No Frills groceries, and plenty of restaurants. The local Delta Hotel is also a 10 minute walk away. We are steps away from the Kennedy bus line to access the TTC subway transit at Kennedy station.
